Responsibilities

Sole designer of UI/UX for CloudTracker, a GOTS FinOps product, that aggregates and analyzes multi-cloud usage data to support federal clients in classified and unclassified spaces. Designed logos, information architectures, infographics, and marketing collateral for public-facing intellectual property marketplace.

● Contributions to proposal response as RFP technical writer, SME, RFP requirement management, and section design resulted in 5-year contract win with major government agency.
● Lead the UX effort to modernize the CloudTracker user interface (UI) by performing user research, market research, Gap analysis, information architecture development, and product design, within a year timespan.
● Lead UX effort to move CloudTracker and two legacy applications to a platform-based solution that includes defining UI requirements and collaborating with team to develop implementation strategy.
● Lead UI redesign efforts, resulting in significant increase in sales of over $1.5 billion, and grown customer base from 3 to 10, through the end-to-end user experience and visual re-design of CloudTracker FinOps, CloudTracker Manager, and AI assistant.
● Implemented user-centered design principles to deliver intuitive and accessible interfaces for AI and data analytics tools.
● Aligned the product to overall business objectives and the demands of targeted customers by working collaboratively with product team, developers, customers, and business stakeholders to identify mission goals and client requirements Strategized their implementation.
● Reduced the time to production through team collaboration and prioritization of critical path defects with product team, and via DesignOps methodologies with project team.
● Streamlined development processes, improved team communication, and increased productivity by implementing a centralized design system, Agile user story templates, and Agile process documentation.
● Worked closely with product manager to prepare user personas, user stories, and user journeys at the epic and story level. Created and integrated user stories into the Jira backlog.
● Translated user research-driven concepts into intuitive and engaging experiences. Created wireframes, workflows, information flows, technical diagrams, dynamic mockups, and beautiful visual designs.
● Promoted design thinking and advocate design principles and best practices.
